Cloud Architecture & Migration
Greenfield landing zones, multi-region resilience, regulated workload migrations on AWS, Azure, and sovereign cloud. Every architecture decision traceable to a business outcome.
Guardian DC is a Dubai-based advisory firm to chief executives, CIOs, and boards across the MENA region. We architect the cloud, data, and automation systems behind the most ambitious enterprises — quietly, precisely, and with the confidence of a decade in the room. We do not sell technology. We deliver consequences.
Each engagement is led by a senior partner who remains responsible from first conversation to final review. We work in long form — building, not pitching — and we measure ourselves on outcomes that appear on your balance sheet.
Greenfield landing zones, multi-region resilience, regulated workload migrations on AWS, Azure, and sovereign cloud. Every architecture decision traceable to a business outcome.
Enterprise data systems — warehouses, lakehouses, governance frameworks, and AI-ready foundations. Built for audit, optimised for decision velocity.
Lifecycle management for on-premise and colocation footprints — capacity, power, refresh strategy, and round-the-clock monitoring under defined service levels.
Modernising the work itself — replatforming legacy systems, integrating intelligent workflows, and bridging operations with technology to compound efficiency over time.
Robotic process automation, intelligent document processing, and AI-augmented workflows. We deploy systems that earn back the cost of the engagement before it concludes.
Zero-trust architecture, UAE and GCC data residency, posture assessments, and continuous compliance monitoring — designed so that audit week is just another week.
Every engagement follows the same five-phase rhythm — refined across a decade of enterprise delivery. You always know precisely where we are, what is next, and what it will cost. Surprises do not appear on our invoices.
Our clients do not request press releases. Below are representative outcomes from recent engagements, presented with figures and context only. Identities are disclosed under NDA upon mutual interest.
Technology is chosen for the problem at hand, never for the convenience of a partnership. A snapshot of the platforms currently operating within client estates we advise.
We work where uptime, residency, and cost discipline are not negotiable — and where the cost of getting it wrong is measured in regulatory fines, missed quarters, or worse.
Guardian DC L.L.C-FZ is a Dubai-based advisory firm headquartered at Meydan Grandstand. We work with chief executives, CIOs, and boards across the MENA region to architect cloud, data, and automation systems that are precise, durable, and proportionate to the demands placed upon them.
We are small by design. Senior people. Long engagements. Discretion as a default. Our growth comes entirely from the referrals of clients who have already worked with us — a constraint we have chosen to keep.
The senior person you meet in the first conversation is the senior person who remains accountable at the closeout. There is no transition to a delivery team you have not vetted.
We do not publish case studies, client logos, or press releases without explicit permission. Most of our work is bound by NDAs we welcome.
Our success is judged on the metrics that appear in your board pack — uptime, total cost of ownership, time-to-market — not on hours logged or features delivered.
Reproduced with permission. Names and institutions are abbreviated in accordance with our discretion practice.
Guardian DC tried to talk us out of a migration. Twice. Until the numbers actually made sense. That is the rare advisor — one you keep on speed dial.
Our financial close was twelve days. After their automation work, it is now three. The ROI conversation was finished by the end of the first month.
They architected our hybrid setup as though they would be the ones woken at three in the morning — because, frankly, they are. That accountability appears in every design choice.
Most advisors disappear after go-live. Guardian DC actually became more useful afterwards. The quarterly reviews have paid their fees back twice over.
We begin with a 60-minute private consultation — no charge, no pitch deck. Should there be mutual interest, we conduct a one-to-two-week paid discovery, concluding in a target architecture and phased roadmap. From there, you decide whether to engage us for build, retainer, or both.
Three models: fixed-scope statements of work for defined projects, capped time-and-materials for evolving programmes, and monthly retainers for managed services. Every figure is agreed in writing in advance. Surprises do not appear on our invoices.
Both. Most clients retain us post-go-live for managed services — round-the-clock operations, quarterly FinOps reviews, and architecture audits twice per year. The estate becomes cheaper and more resilient over time, which tends to make the retainer the most profitable decision of the year.
Residency is embedded in every architecture from the first week. We work across AWS Middle East (Bahrain & UAE), Azure UAE North and Central, and sovereign cloud where mandated. Full data-flow mapping is provided aligned to UAE-IA, NCA ECC, and sector-specific frameworks.
Our typical minimum is a two-week paid discovery. Below that we would rather refer you to a trusted partner than do something half-hearted. Our largest engagements run between twelve and eighteen months across several workstreams.
Yes — particularly for MENA-headquartered clients with international operations. Our centre of gravity remains Dubai because that is where the regulatory, talent, and partner ecosystem we know best resides.
Senior people, end to end. You are not staffed with juniors learning on your budget. Our overhead is deliberately low, so our fees reflect work — not glass towers. And we measure ourselves on the metrics you measure: TCO, uptime, time-to-market.
A short, confidential discussion is the fastest way to know whether we are a fit for one another. Tell us a little about what you are working on — you will receive a thoughtful response from a partner, by name, within one business day.
